Step 1 is to get a copy of your credit report to us for review.

 Each of the nationwide consumer reporting companies (Equifax, 

 Experian and TransUnion) is required to provide you with a free

 copy of your credit report once every 12 months, if you ask.  The

 three companies have a central website, a toll-fee number and a

 mailing address for consumers to order the free annual credit reports

 the government entitles them to.  You are also entitled to a free report

                                      if a company takes "adverse action" against you, like denying your

                                      application for credit, insurance or employment.  You have to ask for your report within 60 days of

                                      receiving notice of the action.  The notice will give you the name, address and phone number of the

                                      consumer reporting company.  You can also receive a free copy of your credit report if you are

                                      unemployed and plan to look for a job within 60 days; if you're on welfare; or if your report is

                                      inaccurate because of fraud, including identify theft.  To receive your free copy call

                                     Once you have a current copy of your report, you can email your report to us.

                                     Step 2  Is the consultation with your Credit Specialist. This one time consultation fee is $65 per

                                     individual or $90 per couple  Once we receive your credit report, we will schedule a time to discuss

                                     your credit report with you.  We will go over the report with you line for line, gathering information

                                     and constructing your personalized "Action Plan". We will also give you our best estimate of the time

                                     frame necessary to see real improvement on your credit score.  On the very rare instance that we

                                     think your score cannot be improved, we will let you know at this time.  

                                     Step 3 We will construct your personalized action plan and map out all the actions necessary to see

                                     real and lasting improvements in your credit score. We will write letters to all credit agencies and
